Physical Change/Distortion Test

Net change in volume & Linear change is almost 1.5% in first 30 Days of installation

Fire Resistance (FR grade)

Fire retarding grade PUF resists propagation of fire & does not Emits poisonous/toxic gases like Styrene or Carbon monoxide on Burning as in the case of XPS, EPS, Styrofoam.

 

IDEAL SEQUENTIAL COMBINATION OF MATERIALS FOR INSULATION/WATERPROOFING OF RCC ROOF

1.

Scrubbing & cleaning the fresh RCC surface with wire brush free of algae/ foreign particles.

2.

 Apply a coat of P.U. Primer @ 6 – 8 sqm/Kgm.

3.

Spray PUF of required thickness : Upto 30 mm – Single coat; 30 – 75 mm : Multiple coat .

4.

Apply a coat of Elastomeric Membrane (EMA /EMB) or APP Polymeric membrane.

5.

Fixing a layer of 300 microns thick  Polyethene sheet (To protect the surface of PUF).

6.

Fixing of Chicken wire mesh (To avoid skidding of concrete).

7.

Finishing with Concrete / Brick-koba / Tiling  as the finishing surface on top.
